I’m Giovanni. I live in Palermo, Sicily, Italy.

I’m not a tech founder. I’m not a marketing guru. I don’t have a team of fifty people behind me.

I’m someone who needed to make more money to pay bills. Simple as that.

For years I ran an ecommerce business selling airsoft gear. It went well. Really well, actually. But “going well” meant working every single day, weekends included. It meant missing dinners with friends, skipping family moments, and feeling like my life belonged to the business instead of the other way around.

I was making money. But I wasn’t living.

So in 2025 I sold everything. And I bet on the one thing I’d been studying since 2020: selling books on Amazon through Kindle Direct Publishing.

I spent a lot of money learning. Courses, subscriptions, tools. Some were useful. Most were not. Some were so complicated I spent more time trying to understand the dashboard than actually publishing.

But I kept going. And slowly, it started working. Some of my books hit 40/50 copies a day. Real sales. Real income.

The problem wasn’t publishing. The problem was finding the right book to publish.

Because here’s what nobody tells you when you start.

You can write a great book. You can make a beautiful cover. You can do everything right. But if the niche is wrong, if there are already 200 books doing the same thing, if the demand isn’t there… nothing happens.

You just wasted weeks. And when you’re trying to build a second income, weeks are not something you can afford to lose.

That happened to me. More than once.

And the tools that were supposed to help? They were built for people with time and technical skills. Not for someone like me who just needed a simple answer: is this niche worth it, yes or no?

So I built my own tool. For myself. Just to save time.

It was simple. It showed me which books were selling, which niches had room for someone new, and which ones to stay away from. No complicated filters. No confusing charts. Just clear answers in a few minutes.

I used it for months before I even thought about sharing it. I wanted to make sure it actually worked. And it did. I was making better decisions, faster.
I was publishing with confidence instead of guessing.

Then one day I thought: I can’t be the only one who needs this.

There are thousands of people out there just like me. People with a full time job, a family, rent to pay, who are trying to build something extra on the side. They don’t have hours to spend learning a complicated tool. They just need to know: can I make money with this book, or am I wasting my time?

That’s why NinjaPublisher exists.

Not because I wanted to build a software company. Because I wanted to help people who are in the same situation I was in. People who publish on KDP and need their time to count and their money to go somewhere real.

What it does, in plain words

NinjaPublisher looks at Amazon and shows you which self published books are actually selling. Not all books. Self published ones. The ones you’d be competing against if you publish.

It covers 8 Amazon marketplaces, not just the US. It updates every 48 hours. It tracks how books have performed over time, going back up to 5 years. And every month, we put together a list of the most promising niches so you don’t have to dig through everything yourself.

You open it, you search, you get your answer. That’s it.

What we won’t tell you

We won’t tell you you’ll get rich. We won’t tell you it’s easy. We won’t tell you this is a magic solution.

What we can tell you is this: if you’re serious about publishing, this tool will save you time and help you make better choices. That’s it. No miracles. Just clarity.

We built it for people who need every subscription to earn its place.

And because we know what it’s like to count every euro, the price reflects that. We didn’t build this for people who have money to burn.

Where this is going

NinjaPublisher started as something I built for myself in my apartment in Palermo. Now it’s growing. We’re adding more data, more marketplaces, and more features that make decisions faster.

But the principle stays the same: keep it simple, keep it honest, keep it affordable.

If it helps you the way it helped me, that’s the best thing I could ask for.

Watch the demo first. Two minutes.
If it makes sense, subscribe. If it doesn’t, no hard feelings.

We’d rather you make the right decision than a fast one.

Good luck. I mean it.
